FOREST RESTORATION IN EL PALMERAL
RESTORING WITH NATIVE SPECIES
The great biodiversity of the forest that we protect is habitat for many species of flora and fauna, several of them endemic to Peru and some in danger of extinction. This forest also provides some important ecosystem services, such as the production and natural regulation of water.

However, there are areas of our forest that were deforested in the past and some important species of native trees were felled indiscriminately, to the point of their disappearance. This is why we decided to set the goal of restoring those spaces. Now you can also be part of this project!

Planting life
The Restoration project is responsible for planting trees of native species in deforested areas and giving them the care they need during the first years, until they are strong enough to continue growing on their own.
This program will allow the forest to regenerate, be home to many species of flora and fauna, and continue to produce immense amounts of water.

If you want to contribute to this project, you can do so by sponsoring native tree seedlings, clicking on the link below.
